Design a website for an accounting outsourcing business services firm.
Project duration:
March 2023 to May 2023
My Role:
I was responsible for overall user experience, developing the WordPress website, and setting up the analytics.
Overview
Cayto Group LLC is a global accounting support service. They help US businesses find qualified accountants from other countries for about half the price.
I designed and built the caytogroup.com website, It helps the company stand out from the competition and show what they're all about.
Problem
Cayto Group LLC did not have a website, even though they had a stable customer base. They wanted a responsive website that could share the core values of their business and help them stand out from the competition.
Solution
With the help of Cayto Group team and stakeholders, I created a responsive, simple, and professional website that reflects the company's core values.
Note Due to a non-disclosure agreement with the client, I cannot display the design process details for this project. However, I have added a few screenshots of the production version and the impact of my work.
Goals
The main goal of website design is...
- Design a website that can be accessed on all devices.
- Keep the design simple and easy to navigate.
- Make the Cayto Group website look friendly and show that they work with people.
Design Process
I did a competitor analysis of direct and indirect company websites to gather design inspiration. I created a mood board using those designs to visualize the different design elements I wanted to incorporate. Also, I used Dribbble and Pinterest to get accounting firm website designs and added them to the mood board.
After gathering those details, I selected elements for the website and shared them with the team to get their feedback. Then, I created a structure for the website by collecting the elements.
Results
I created a simple, modern, and responsive website for Cayto Group that generates leads and ranks on Google for the company name.

What I learned
Communication with stakeholders is key to success for UX design projects. It is important to keep stakeholders informed of your progress, get their feedback, and address their concerns early on in the design process. This will help ensure that the final product meets everyone's needs.
Working as a solo designer can be challenging and exciting at the same time. I am so proud that I was able to deliver a quality work.
